DIY: Stomach Relief Tea

Eat too much holiday food? Yea me too, sometimes we don’t realize it until it's too late. In case you napped, and still aren’t feeling at your best, here’s a quick stomach relief recipe to get you back on the road to recovery.

Stomach Relief Tea

1 Teaspoon Organic Fennel Seed

1 Teaspoon Organic Ginger Root

1 Teaspoon Organic Hops Flower

1 Teaspoon Organic Sage Leaf

1 Teaspoon Organic Peppermint Leaf

1 Teaspoon Organic Caraway Seed

1 Teaspoon Organic Lemon Balm

1 Teaspoon Organic Spearmint

Directions

Combine all the herbs in a tea basket, infuser nest, or bag. Pour 1 1/2 cup boiling water over and allow to steep for 4 minutes. Add raw, organic honey and fresh lemon wedge if you'd like. Sip, relax, and enjoy.
