1 Teaspoon Organic Fennel Seed

1 Teaspoon Organic Sage Leaf
1 Teaspoon Organic Peppermint Leaf
1 Teaspoon Organic Caraway Seed
1 Teaspoon Organic Lemon Balm
1 Teaspoon Organic Spearmint
Directions
Combine all the herbs in a tea basket, infuser nest, or bag. Pour 1 1/2 cup boiling water over and allow to steep for 4 minutes. Add raw, organic honey and fresh lemon wedge if you'd like. Sip, relax, and enjoy.
