Steep at 205F for 5-7 minutes. (Pour water over herbs, do not boil herbs in water).

Gun Powder Green Tea -
polyphenols and antioxidants to help combat chronic inflammation
Ginger Root -
Shown to help inflammation and osteoarthritis
Cinnamon Chips -
full of antioxidants and have potent anti-inflammatory properties
Rosehips -
high in compounds with ant-inflammatory effects, including polyphenols and galactolipid (helps to reduce joint pain)
Spearmint -
a natural anti-inflammatory herb,
has protective effects against inflammatory conditions. It’s used to fight bacteria and fungal infections, ease digestive issues, and boost memory too
Passion flower -
anti-inflammatory effects, passion flower is also used to reduce anxiety and help lower blood pressure
Calendula -
a useful digestive remedy, it stimulates the flow of bile and its anti-inflammatory properties prevent inflammation and promote healing in gastritis, enteritis and ulcers of the stomach.
